Achare volunteered at Meg Wah (My Earth) where he successfully implemented 5 projects on wildlife conservation. Later in 2017, he founded Environment and Food Foundation (E2F) with a mission to promote sustainable use and management of marine and aquatic ecosystems of mangroves, wetlands, lakes, rivers, streams and oceans through; Collection and valorization of marine plastic waste (closing the loop).
